1. What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 150 pieces per design, if quantity is bigger,and the price is lower.
2.Can I put my design logo on the products? Can i customize package?
Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer,silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc; we can also do packing like boxes, PP bag
with color card insert or any other customized designs.
3.What's your sample policy and lead time?
We request sample fee, but the sampling charge to be refundable If bulk order placed. It will take around one week for sample
making.
4. What's the production lead time?
As you want to customize your product, if fabric is ready, it will take about 15-30 days for quantity < 10000; if fabric has to be
customized, usually it will take another 30 days.
5. What's your payment terms? What trading term do you accept?
We accept T/T, pay pal, credit card payment, trade Assurance.
We accept FOB, EXW, DDP. It depends on each case.
