A:We have own QC to monitor each production starting from sampling stage to production line as well as packing and shipping. We strictly ensure the colorfastness for bulk fabric, lining & all accessories should ready ISO 4 grade and max Shrinkage is 3% for woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics which is the strictest requirement for garments business. This strict quality rule has ensured us to succeed in garment business for more than 16 years’ time.
4. Q: Can you give me a discount?
A: Our policy is that the bigger the quantity, the cheaper the price, so we will quote you the best price based on your order quantity. If you have any query about the prices, contact us and our manager would see to your price issue specially.
5. Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, pls kindly understand that.
