2. How can I get the samples?
-If you need some samples to test, please pay for the shipping cost and sample cost.It could be refunded after you place an order.

4.How can I get your wholesale price list?
-Please feel freely to contact us on trade manager or send us an inquiry, then we can send you the price list and more information via email.
5.How do you do OEM / ODM service?
-We can do the custom designed case as you required, including print the logo on the case inside and out side. After you send case design file to us, we will start to produce a sample for you to have a check. We don’t start the production until you are satisfied.
6.What is your payment term?
-T/T,Western Union,Money Gram,and Pay pal. This is negotiable.
7. If the item arrives in bad condition, how will you handle it?
-Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost, but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days, we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay for the return shipping cost. So after you get the item, please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.
