1. What is your MOQ?
Our normal MOQ is 300pair/ size/color. But small qty is also acceptable if we have stock.
2. Can I do customized design and package?
Yes, please advise the logo, design or any requirement.
3. Can I request samples? And what is the sample lead time?
We could offer 1-2 free stock samples, and normal 5 days with stock item, and 2 weeks with customized sample.
4. What is your payment term?
-PayPal/ Western Union/ TT/ Trade Assurance, etc.
-RECOMMAND Trade Assurance to get 100% full protection on product quality & on-time delivery.
5. What is your delivery time?
It depends on your ordered item and quantity, usually 7-30 days in normal season.
